This document outlines the rules and guidelines that governs the use of the Jayce's Workshop website along with products. By visiting, purchasing a product, or creating an account on this website these terms of services apply to the user.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, applications, sold licensed software, or other associated platforms.

Jayce's Workshop - Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms:
By purchasing any sorts of services from Jayce's discord or the website, you are agreeing to follow these terms of service, rules and regulations.

Payment Methods(s):
The transactions here at Jayce's Workshop are done via PayPal, and are to be sent as 'Family, and Friends' Other forms of payments are not accepted. All payments are sent to Jayce's Workshop in U.S.D.

Refunds and Disputes:
If you purchase an item from Jayce's Workshop, all items are 'Digital' and are NOT eligible for a refund as soon as the product is received.

• The point of commission refunds are NOT possible once the commission is started.
• Any sort of charge backs via PayPal or Website, will be handled properly.
• If you are to file a PayPal Dispute, your permission to get said product(s) is instantly put on hold and you will NOT receive said product until further notice.

Distribution of Service:
Upon purchasing ANYTHING from Jayce's Workshop, you're upheld to protect it from any sort of Leaking, re-selling, and redistribution of said asset.

• If you are to leak product(s), you will be permanently banned from all of Jayce's Workshop(s) property such as discords, websites, etc.

Usage and Prohibitions Agreement:

• You are to NOT leak any of Jayce's Products.
• You are to NOT edit, or rip any of Jayce's Products.
• Unlock, or jailbreak items.
• Give the item(s) to another person without 'Extensive' Permissions from 'Jayce' himself.
• Remove items from the pack and them resell them as your own.
• Claim credit for any items.

Limitations:

• Jayce reserves rights to any and all products he sells, and can refuse services at any point and time.
• Jayce reserves the right to stop and or cancel any sort of in-progress product if needed.
• Jayce will NOT release editable files such as a .PDN or a .PSD file.

If you are to break the Terms of Service, you will be punished to the proper extent by the Management Team!
